Wanko Park（以下「本アプリ」）は、ヌリカベ派生のロジックパズルゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどの情報を扱い、どのように保護するかを説明します。

1. アプリ自身が集める情報

本アプリは、あなたを識別する個人情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など）を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。

以下の情報はあなたの端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーや第三者へ送信されません:

• ゲームの進捗（クリア状況、デイリーミッションの記録、所持アイテム）
• 設定（音量、バイブレーション、表示言語、通知設定 など）
• 年齢確認画面で入力した生まれた年（広告の出し分けの判定のみに使用）

これらはアプリの削除、または設定画面の「データをリセット」で消去できます。

2. 広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の表示方法は、年齢確認画面の結果に応じて次のように分かれます:

• 同意年齢以上のユーザー: 同意が得られた場合、興味関心に基づく（パーソナライズ）広告を表示することがあります。
• 同意年齢未満のユーザー（子供）: 追跡・プロファイリングを行わない非パーソナライズ広告のみを表示します。子供から個人情報を収集しません。

広告配信のために、Google（AdMob）が広告識別子等のデータを取り扱う場合があります。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。

• EU/EEA・英国: 適用される法令に基づき、広告に関する同意画面を表示します。同意は設定画面の「広告の同意設定」からいつでも変更できます。
• iOS: パーソナライズ（トラッキング）を行う場合、App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは利用でき、非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。

3. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリはファミリー向けです。子供に対しては非パーソナライズ広告のみを表示し、個人情報の収集や行動ターゲティングを行いません。米国 COPPA、EU の GDPR/GDPR-K 等に準拠するよう設計しています。

4. データの保存と共有

• 上記「アプリ自身が集める情報」は端末内にのみ保存され、外部送信しません。
• 当社はあなたの情報を販売しません。
• 第三者は広告配信を行う Google（AdMob）のみです。

5. あなたの権利

端末内データはいつでも削除できます（アプリ削除 または 設定→データをリセット）。その他のお問い合わせは下記連絡先までご連絡ください。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリまたは配信ページでお知らせします。

Wanko Park ("the App") is a Nurikabe-style logic puzzle game. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.

1. Information the App itself collects

The App does not collect personal information that identifies you (such as name, email address, or phone number). There is no account registration.

The following is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers or any third party:

• Game progress (cleared stages, daily mission records, owned items)
• Settings (volume, vibration, display language, notification settings, etc.)
• The birth year you enter on the age screen (used only to decide how ads are shown)

You can erase this by deleting the App or using "Reset data" in the settings screen.

2. Advertising

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. How ads are shown depends on the result of the age screen:

• Users of consent age or older: If consent is given, interest-based (personalized) ads may be shown.
• Users under the age of consent (children): Only non-personalized ads without tracking or profiling are shown. No personal information is collected from children.

To serve ads, Google (AdMob) may process data such as advertising identifiers. See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details.

• EU/EEA & UK: A consent screen for ads is shown as required by applicable law. Consent can be changed anytime via "Ad privacy settings" in the settings screen.
• iOS: When personalization (tracking) is used, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested. The App remains usable if you decline, showing non-personalized ads.

3. Children's privacy

The App is family-friendly. For children, only non-personalized ads are shown, and no personal information is collected nor behavioral targeting performed. It is designed to comply with the U.S. COPPA, the EU GDPR/GDPR-K, and similar regulations.

4. Data storage and sharing

• The information above is stored only on your device and not transmitted externally.
• We do not sell your information.
• The only third party is Google (AdMob), which serves ads.

5. Your rights

You can delete on-device data anytime (delete the App, or Settings → Reset data). For other inquiries, please contact us below.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If there are important changes, we will announce them in the App or on the distribution page.
